Elisha Youngs Ten Eyck

Biography

(ca.1843)

Married to Elizabeth with a daughter  President of the New York, Greenwood and Coney Island Railroad. It boasted a wooden tressel and 1.75 miles of track.

He served on the publications committee for the AJN. Treasurer of ANS March 29, 1867, to May 9, 1867. Served as 5th ANS President from May 9, 1867, to March 26, 1868. He replaced Frank Norton who was forced out of office in a dispute over publication of the AJN and appointment of the publication committee.
