Charles Lessie Vickers
Biography
Born at Camp, Texas. Served with 101st Airborne Division. Studied at Art Students League and Frank Reilly School of Art. Employed with Franklin Mint 1976 to 1985.
Employed as sculptor-engraver at the U.S. Mint from December 29, 2003 until retirement on March 31, 2016. He produced dies for these coins:
