David Kemper Watson
Biography
Born near London, Madison County, Ohio. He received an A.B. from Dickenson College in 1871. Received LL.B. from Boston University in 1873. Married Louise Harrison October 29, 1873. He practiced law in Columbia, Ohio.
He served as U. S. District Attorney in Ohio 1880 to 1884. He was attorney general for Ohio 1887 to 1891. He was elected to congress and served 1895 to 1897. He died in Columbus, Ohio.
Author of History of American Coinage in 1899.
