Jack M(ckim) Vorhies
Biography
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Married Georgia Thelma Reese November 2, 1943. They have five sons and two daughters. Served in U.S. Army, 102nd Infantry, 1943 to 1945. He received the Bronze Star. Received D.D.S. in 1950 and M.S. in 1953 from Indiana University. Practiced as an orthodontist after 1950. Member of the Shriners.

He died in Beech Grove, Indiana.
