Biography
Born in Washington, D.C. Married to Leonora with two sons. Served as Legal Council for the ANA, Society of Paper Money Collectors, Middle Atlantic Numismatic Association and Token and Medal Society.. Received the ANA Medal of Merit in 1974.
He died in Pompano Beach, Florida.
