Resident of Salem, Ohio. Co-Founder of JNCCA, the Junior Numismatic Correspondense Club of America. Named Young Numismatist of the Year in 1969.
Graduated with B.A. from Denison University, and J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2016 he was appointed to the California Superior Court.
