Charles Adam Watts

Biography

Born in Connecticut. Married to Lilian Elwell.

Secretary for the Fort Vancouver Centennial Corp. He was the driving force behind the 1925 Fort Vancouver Centennial half dollar. Sales did not meet expectations and Watts committed suicide in Vancouver, Washington.
