Biography
Born in Chicago, Illinois. Received B.A. from Mount Mary’s College in 1944; Ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1949; graduated Southern Illinois University in 1976, Lewis and Clark College in 1978. President of Citizens for Social Justice in Taxation.
Author of Taxpayers Message to Congress Repeal the Federal Reserve Banks Pandora’s Box of Criminal Acts (1983).
