John Ray Cable
Biography
Born in Freeman, Missouri. Graduated from University of Missouri in 1913. Reeived Ph.D at Columbia University in 1923. Married to Alma Steele with a son and daughter.
Associate Professor of Finance and Banking at Washington University in St. Louis (1923). President of Missouri Valley College. Chairman of the economics department at Stateson University. Author of The Bank of the State of Missouri (1923).
He died at home in Deland, Florida.
