Born in Odon, Indiana, Married in 1939 to Besse Rebecca Doby Haslinger. Married to Alberta Jena Latham. He served in the Navy during WWII. Truck driver for Gateway transportation.
Roller and collector of elongated coins. Author of The Elongated Coins Issued by Lloyd E. Wagaman (1973).
He died in Martinsville, Indiana, and was cremated.
