Biography

Graduated from William and Mary. Employed as a chemist for the State of Virginia for 47 years,

President of Virginia Numismatic Association 1965 to 1967. Past president of Richmond Coin Club. He was named a Numismatic NewsNumismatic Ambassador in 1983.
