John W. Haseltine
Haseltine did not number his sales until the 4/6/82 sale (#59). Sale #4 was a fixed price list. Numbers here from 11 to 58 agree with John Adams. Numbers below 11 sometimes differ from Adams, since Haseltine specifically assigned sale #8 to the 2/25/73 Chubbuck sale on the list of prices realized. The 9/22/1884 Thomas Birch sale is often included with the Haseltine catalogs as Haseltine revised the manuscript.
