Weissbuch, Theodore
Born in Chicago, Illinois. Married in 1954. Received A.B. from Los Angeles State College in 1954 and M.A. in 1955. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in 1964.
Instructor of English at the University of Nebraska 1956 to 1957, at the University of Iowa 1957 to 1962 and as assistant and associate professor 1962 to 1969. Professor of English at California State Polytechnic University at Pomona after 1969.
Weissbuch was a member of the NLG. He received Heath Literary Awards in 1962 and 1968. Author with Richard Hoober of Price Catalog of U. S. Colonial and Continental Currency in 1965. Author with Lee Hewitt of United States Numismatic Dictionary in 1967 ,
