Walton, Gerome

Born in Geneva, Nebraska. Married to Ruth McConell with three children. He served four years in the U, S, Air Force. Received an associates degree in electronics from Central Tech Institute in Kansas City in 1959. Employed at NORAD Cheyenne Mountain for 32 years.

Served as assistant managing director of the Lewis M. Reagon Memorial Foundation, Inc. Author of A History of Nebraska Banking and Paper Money issued in 1978.

Assistant Treasurer for the ANA after 1988. He died in Colorado Springs. The ANA named the Gerome Walton Memorial College Scholarship for him.
