Lee, Chauncey
Born in Coventry, Connecticut. Graduated from Yale College in 1784. He was married three times.
He wrote a 1797 book with a long title, The American Acconptant: ,,, It was the first book to have an illustration of an American coin. It is also claimed that the book illustrates a dollar sign but this is controversial.
