Father of Ray Feller. Received B.S. from Clarkson College of Technology (1973); ScM and Ph.D. from Brown University (1979). Physics professor at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Co-Author of Silent Witnesses: Civilian Camp Money of World War II.
He received an ANA Presidential Award in 2004. Named a Numismatic Ambassador in 2017.
