Half Penny

Probably no other English coin has so many dialect forms. In Yorkshire it is called Awpenny; in Western Yorkshire Awpney and Haupenny; in Devonshire Hapmy; in Cornwall Happeny; in Lancashire Hawpny; and in Cumberland Ho'penny.
