£12,500 ($41,666) in Treasury Notes dated March 13, 1755 and due on May 8, 1759 with 5% interest, similar to the prior issue. Old Tenor bills remaining in circulation were redeemable at 71/3 for 1 in Treasury Notes and interest bearing orders. New Tenor bills in circulation were redeemable at 2 for 1. This exchange was based upon coined silver at 58s8d Old Tenor per ounce or coined gold at £42 Old Tenor per ounce. Compliance with 1751 Act of Parliament was required. Signers were Joseph Buckingham, John Chester, William Pitkin, and George Wyllys, with three signers on each bill.
