$1,105,000 in Bills of Credit payable in Spanish milled dollars pursuant to the Continental Congress Resolution of March 18, 1780. Apparently similar to the guaranteed issues furnished other states. Printed by Hall & Sellers in Philadelphia. Intended to be sent to the Treasurer of Connecticut in June 1780 but delayed until early 1781. Never issued. Returned to and destroyed by the United States Treasurer in 1790 and 1795. No bills are known. See June 1, 1780 Connecticut issue of notes.
