| Description | Alan V. Weinberg comments: Amazingly, I have owned another slightly lesser condition and minimally bent gold specimen of this medal. This cased gold Colorado medal is pristine and from its color and heft, I believe it is either 22 or 24 carat gold. The virtually mint, leather, dual-medal case (for silver and gold) is inscribed with the recipient's initials. |
