A Choice AU example of these popular Washington tokens, struck following the conclusion of the War of 1812 in an effort to profit from the shortage of small change. Very smooth surfaces with natural coloration and no real problems make this an attractive choice for a circulated type set. The obverse features several dramatic die breaks.
