1917 5C MS66 NGC. CAC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The 1917 is fairly common in all grades through MS65. Premium Gems are more challenging to locate, and the issue is elusive any finer. An attractively toned Premium Gem example, this coin displays rich satin luster and lovely toning that includes shades of gold, peach, and ice-blue.
