1830 H10C MS66 NGC. V-1, LM-14, R.3. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Although a scarce die marriage, this variety is found from time to time in higher grades, and the present piece from the Eric P. Newman Collection is likely one of the finest survivors. Frosty luster appears beneath pewter-gray patina with rich peripheral iridescence. Census: 31 in 66, 5 finer (10/13) for all 1830 varieties.
