Description 1838 H10C Large Stars, No Drapery MS66+ NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The 1838 Seated Liberty half dime enjoyed a large mintage of 2.2 million pieces, making the date available and popular with type collectors. This well struck high-end Premium Gem exhibits strong eye appeal. The surfaces are lustrous and display pleasing toning in shades of steel-gray and walnut-brown.
