1828 10C Large Date AU58 NGC. JR-2, R.3. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The scarce JR-2 variety is identified by the large date and the large period after C in the denomination. Most examples are seen in the Fine-XF grade range. This lightly circulated specimen shows traces of mint luster under a patina of lavender, gray, and champagne-gold hues.
