1833 10C Last 3 High MS65 NGC. JR-5, R.1. The last 3 in the date is placed high and the first A in AMERICA is above the M at the base, indicating the JR-5 variety. The JR-5 is easy to locate in circulated grades, but examples in Gem condition are rare. This spectacular Gem is sharply detailed and lustrous under attractive bluish-gray and champagne-gold toning. Outstanding eye appeal complements the high technical grade. Census: 25 in 65 (1 in 65+), 7 finer (10/13). Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
