1873 10C No Arrows PR68 S Cameo NGC. Fortin-101. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. This is the single finest NGC-certified specimen (10/13). NGC has certified a PR68, but without the Cameo or Star designation merited by the Newman example. Two Ultra Cameo specimens have been certified by NGC, one as PR65 and another as PR67. The Star designation was undoubtedly awarded due to the coin's dramatic iridescent toning. Bands of peach-gold, lilac-red, and navy-blue grace both obverse and reverse. The strike is crisp except on Liberty's hair and the upper left portion of the wreath. No surface detractions are evident. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R. Green; Green Estate; Partnership of Eric P.
