1894-S 25C MS65 NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. This S-mint issue is rather elusive as a Gem, despite a respectable mintage of 2,648,821 pieces. Even a quick glance at this Gem example reveals areas of rich toning, particularly on the obverse. The vivid colors include cerulean-blue, deep pink, copper, blue-green, and plum.
