1817 50C Punctuated Date AU53 NGC. O-103, R.2. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. A die dot between the 1 and 7 in the date identifies the famous "Punctuated Date" O-103 variety. This pleasing AU53 example radiates vibrant mint luster with just a touch of wear on the sharply impressed design elements. The brilliant silver centers are framed by vivid rings of champagne-gold and lavender toning, with outstanding eye appeal. The surfaces show minimal signs of circulation or handling.
