1825 50C AU58 NGC. CAC. O-103, R.4. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The O-103, a sticky R.4, is much sought-after by die variety collectors. The few high grade examples are highly prized. This lightly circulated example displays nearly full mint luster under shades of champagne-gold and dove-gray toning. Though the devices are a bit soft (from die wear) there is only light wear on the high points and the surfaces are unusually well-preserved. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
