1837 50C MS62 NGC. CAC. GR-14, R.1. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Both borders exhibit interesting die cracks. Toned dusky caramel-gold and sea-green. The strike is precise on the devices though the left-side margins show inexactness. We note a few minor edge imperfections and one hair-thin mark each on the portrait and eagle. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
