A sharply detailed MS62 specimen, this coin exhibits vibrant mint luster on the obverse, with a brilliant silver center and vivid shades of violet and sea-green at the rims. There is less color on the reverse and the fields are partially prooflike. Only minor signs of contact are evident. From a small mintage of 580,000 pieces. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
