| Description | 1856-O 50C Repunched Date MS63 NGC. FS-301, WB-102. This early die state shows clear repunching on all four digits in the date, slanting obliquely up and to the right. Such early die states are very scarce. The design elements are fully struck over each side, and the surfaces are bright beneath the occasional gray-russet toning. Ex: Eric P.
