1864 50C PR64 Cameo NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The deep mirroring of the proof fields are what first catches the viewer's attention. A close second, though, is the stark cameo contrast against the frosted devices. Each side of this glittering near-Gem is mostly brilliant with an edging of multicolored iridescence.
