1889 50C PR63 NGC. WB-101. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The obverse of this attractive Select specimen is sharply detailed, but the reverse shows just a trace of softness on IN and the eagle's claw. The devices are frosty and the mirrored fields are blanketed in shades of champagne-gold, cerulean-blue, and lilac toning. Census: 49 in 63, 93 finer (9/13). Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
