1903 50C PR63+ NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. A nominal mintage of 755 proof Barber half dollars was achieved in 1903 and probably no more than half that number survive today in all grades. This high-end Select specimen displays sharply detailed design elements and deeply mirrored fields, with hints of cobalt-blue and lime-green toning at the borders. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
