1883-S $1 MS63 NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Whispers of orange-gold visit the lustrous surfaces of this Select Morgan. The design features are sharply struck, including the hair above Liberty's ear and the eagle's breast feathers. Minimally marked for the designated grade and for the issue, which is typically heavily abraded. The 1883-S is a difficult issue to obtain in the higher Mint State levels. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
