1795 1C Plain Edge, S-78, B-8, R.1, AU58 NGC. CAC. Our EAC Grade XF40. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The E in STATES is much higher than the adjacent T, and the BER in LIBERTY is close. A middle die state with many sets of clash marks near the top of the wreath.
