William IV gold Half Sovereign 1834, KM720, S-3830, MS63 NGC. Small flan type. A beautiful example, with a sensational strike showing every tiny detail of the design. Numerous but tiny bagmarks appear on the obverse. However, the luster overcomes the eye and makes for a charming coin. Beautiful yellow-gold toning adds to eye-appeal. Scarce in XF. Difficult to find in Mint State. Ex: ?Colonel? E.H.R. Green; Green Estate? Partnership of Eric P Newman / B.G. Johnson.
