1786 COPPER Connecticut Copper, Mailed Bust Left XF40 NGC. M. 5.4-O.1, W-2590, R.2. 143.5 grains. An exceptional example showing microscopic corrosion. The olive-brown surfaces offer a glossy appearance with splashes of turquoise toning on the reverse. An old, small "x" scratch appears on the reverse, although insufficient to prevent NGC from assigning a grade. Ex: 'Colonel' E.H.R. Green; Green Estate; Partnership of Eric P. Newman / B.G.
