1787 COPPER Connecticut Copper, Draped Bust Left, ETLIR Fine 12 NGC. M. 31.1-gg.1, W-3205, R.3. 140.4 grains. The round Circle H card has the notation: "Best one from Steigw./90." Charles Steigerwalt of Lancaster, Pennsylvania was the local coin dealer of W.W. Hays, who was born and died in Bellefonte, PA, 125 miles to the northwest.
