Georgia 1777 No Resolution Date $7 Hand Fr. GA-88. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent. This is an intriguing seal type with an interesting facing hand emblem and misspelled motto ULTIMA RADIO (though printed "RADIO" in the seal, it is a plate error and should have been "RATIO"). This border (f) variety has a strong blue color seal. Noted by grading with "Small Edge Splits and Tears." However, these minor faults are mostly confined to the ample margins. The well-detailed seal is superior to many we have observed. Premium quality for the technically assigned PCGS grade. Ex: Eric P.
