South Carolina October 19, 1776 $6 Fr. SC-132. PCGS Extremely Fine 40 Apparent. At lower right is an interesting emblem with the wind and the waves, and the motto TURBAT SED EXTOLLIT (It disturbs but it elevates) circling around. Noted with "a "Paper Pull on Back at Right."
