Virginia July 17, 1775 5 Shillings Small Ordinance Fr. VA-73a. PCGS Extremely Fine 40PPQ. From this issue date, there were small format notes on thick paper, as this example, and large format Ashby bills, as the previous. This is a splendid note with bold signatures of Norton and Dixon.
