Virginia May 4, 1778 Handwritten Date $4 Fr. VA-136. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. All the May 4, 1778 Handwritten Date notes are rare, with 1,000 authorized for each denomination. The style is similar to previous issues, with the Virginia trampling Tyranny vignette at the left in the same style. Noted with "Center Split Repaired; Minor Mounting Remnants; Stains."
