North Carolina - Act of May, 1784 6% Interest to the Indebted of the Continental Line, dated at Halifax 105 Pounds 18 Shillings 10 Pence January 1, 1782 Anderson-Smythe NC-12. PCGS Extremely Fine 40 Apparent. A second NC-12 interest bearing "Army Certificate." Small format. Printed on laid paper. 13.5 cm by 8.5 cm. In the same style as previous, with ornamental bordering that is wider and indented at the left. The typeset obligation had blanks for issuance. No. 204. Issued and signed by Montfort and McCulloch.
