Milton 2E10R.4 10? Second Issue Experimental PCGS Choice About New 55. The experimental notes created for the Second Issue Fractional Currency comprise one of the most technical series in American numismatics. The vast majority known today originated from the Spencer M. Clark estate. This scarce, lightly handled Experimental has only a bronze oval on its face, and its back has the bronze surcharges, "T-1-18-63." The back also has "SPECIMEN" rubber stamped on it diagonally. "Hole Punch Cancelled," as noted by PCGS, with two semi-circular holes. Ex: Eric P.
