Fr. 1299 25? Third Issue PCGS New 62. The solid bronze overprints on the face characterize this as the more elusive Fessenden fiber paper variety. Only the margins of this well-preserved example preclude a higher grade. The paper quality is excellent for the type, which is often brittle or missing pieces. A beautiful example. Ex: Eric P.
