Confederate States of America - T53 $5 1862 PF-2, Cr. 382. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent. The type is available, but this is another rarely offered Trans-Mississippi Department-stamped note, with the "February 1864" round black stamp at upper right. Noted only with "Minor Mounting Remnants on Back." This is a little finer than the PMG Very Fine 20 example we sold at the 2011 Long Beach sale for $1,495. Ex: Eric P.
