Little Rock, AR - Lot of 3 Arkansas Treasury Warrant $1 Denomination Types. The face of each is in the same style. A circular portrait of Jefferson Davis is at top center with cartouches on either side showing ON WAR at left and BOND at right. A safe motif without the dog is at the base. The left end panel shows a variation of the Arkansas Arms between denomination blocks, while the right end panel shows the denomination vertically. A well-matched trio. $1 Mar. 17, 1862 Cr. 30. PCGS Very Fine 25. White paper and a plain back. $1 Mar. 31, 1862 Cr. 30A. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. White paper from old State Bank notes and green ARKANSAS TREASURY WARRANT back. "ON WAR/BOND" removed from face. PCGS notes an "Internal Tear at Right." $1 May 30, 1864 Cr. 32A. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. Face as prior. Printed on blue paper and back is printed in blue.
